-dc- wazzup?
so what's been up with the world while i'm away in aust?
hows everyone doing?
exams right?
-
well anyways, wallaby was quite an experience.
first time seeing kangaroos and emus in the wild.
actually come to think about it... cant remember seeing them in the zoo neither.
but then again.. zoo was eons ago.
5am and the sun is already up.
hot in the day, cold in the night, miserable when it rains.
and it rained quite often fuck.
can get sunburnt quite easily.
the only female being we saw there was the canteen girl.
the ninja van would go to our field campsite like everyday.
you can hear the wolves howling and all predators eyeing her when she headed for the field toilet.
food are ex. drinks are ex. beer are cheap.
we were paying the kind of money we normally wouldnt for food.
but lan lan.
no choice.
r&r still eat rice dammit.
the most, and probably the only, ang moh meal provided was breakfast on the last morning in the resort.
bacon, cereal, sausage, etc.
even dinner in the resort was rice.
rockhampton was like... ulu lor....
not many people around there it seems.
and most cars are those beat up old cars that like came from some 70s or 80s movie.
cinema showing "hero".
yay.

cheers,
d
